Colored targets pop in and out at random spots on screen. Follow one target and ignore the others — train peripheral awareness and reaction time.
Random Pops trains peripheral awareness and divided attention. Colored targets appear and disappear at random positions across the whole screen, so you have to keep track of one target's position while staying aware of the others popping in around it — a different skill from following a single moving object.
Each colored ball briefly appears at a random spot on screen showing a number, then fades out before popping up somewhere new. You can run one ball or several at once — more balls means more targets competing for your attention at the same time.
Press Start exercise, then use Add ball / Remove (or the +/− keys) to change how many targets are active, and the Speed and Size sliders to adjust difficulty. Tap a color swatch to recolor any ball, and press Space to pause.
Pick one ball color to focus on and consciously ignore the rest at first — that's the core peripheral-awareness skill. Start with a single ball at a comfortable speed, then add balls one at a time as tracking the first one gets easy.
